Scott Henderson

Scott Henderson is the Director of Condition Monitoring Group (Formally known as Thermalign) and an experienced engineering professional specialising in vibration analysis, ultrasonic, motion amplification, thermography and precision maintenance. With senior roles across Aerovent Australia, SKF Australia and thirteen years’ service with HM Forces, he has built a strong reputation for technical excellence and reliable project delivery.

Scott holds multiple industry qualifications including a CAT II in Vibration Analysis, CAT I in Infrared Thermography and a CAT I in Ultrasound. Scott also sits on the Condition Monitoring Certification Board for the Australian Institute for Non-Destructive Testing (AINDT). He is recognised for practical leadership, strong instructional capability and a commitment to delivering high-quality maintenance outcomes for clients.
